| From The Purple Goose Chargrill As members of the scotch beef club, all our steaks are prime Aberdeen Angus cuts, and are hung for a minimum of three weeks at our local butcher "Ingles and Caves". All steaks are served with oven roasted vine cherry tomatoes, pressed baked portabello mushroom, and home-made Purple Goose triple cooked chips. All steaks come with a complimentary butter or sauce of your choice. |
